Shipping & Handling

1. What is the minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping?

Simply Homeware offers free delivery for all orders within Australia. No minimum spend required.

2. How long will my order take to get to me?

Orders placed by 5pm AET will be shipped by the next business day for items in stock. We use a combination of couriers and Australia Post to ensure your orders are delivered on-time.

Average delivery times are between 3-6 working days from the date of the order being shipped. Note: orders only dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday.

3. P.O Boxes, Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the locations above and require a residential or work address for delivery. This is because Australia Post won't let our couriers deliver to them, which we think is a little mean.

4. How do I track my order?

Our automated email system will provide you with a link to our universal tracking page. Alternatively, there is a 'Track Order' link in the Quick Links footer section.

You can also click the Order # in your Order History if you made an account during checkout.

5. Who do you use for deliveries?

The vast majority of our deliveries are fulfilled by either Australia Post, Toll or Fastway Couriers.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, Simply Homeware does not ship outside of Australia for now.
