DELIVERY
1. What is the minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping?

Simply Homeware offers free delivery for all orders within Australia. No minimum spend required.

2. How long will my order take to get to me?

Orders placed by 5pm AET will be shipped by the next business day for items in stock. We use a combination of couriers and Australia Post to ensure your orders are delivered on-time.

Delivery lead times after they have been dispatched are as follows.

METRO AREAS (SYDNEY, BRISBANE, MELBOURNE, ADELAIDE, CANBERRA)
2 - 3 business days

WA, TAS & REST OF AUSTRALIA
5 - 7 business days

Note: orders only dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday and does not include public holidays.

3. PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect, Locked Bags

We deliver to 99% of Australian addresses, including the services above.

4. How do I track my order?

Our automated email system will provide you with a link to our universal tracking page. Alternatively, there is a 'Track Order' link in the Quick Links footer section.

You can also click the Order # in your Order History if you made an account during checkout.

5. Who do you use for deliveries?

The vast majority of our deliveries are fulfilled by either Australia Post or a courier, depending on the location, size, and weight of an order.

6. Do you offer Local Pickups/Click & Collect?

We do! Please leave a short message in the checkout message box stating: "Local Pickup" and we will notify you via email when the item is available for pickup.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, Simply Homeware does not ship outside of Australia for now.

1. What payment options do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & American Express) as well as PayPal.

2. If I use a credit card to purchase my items can anyone else obtain my credit card details?

We are a secure site endorsed with PCI-DSS requirements. This uses the latest encryption methods to ensure security of payment. We do not see your credit card details when ordered online, with all transactions performed by the banking institutions. We do not store any credit card details.
